This is a 12-month full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, with traineeship wages applying.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional front desk customer service to clients and visitors
  • Schedule and book appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documents

**Requirements:**

  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Have a great attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to provide evidence of Year 11 or 12 School completion
  • Ability to pass a Police check
  • Have reliable transport to and from work
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday
  • Not have completed this qualification before
