Trainer and Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team, providing training and assessment services to online students studying a small business unit.

This role involves delivering high-quality learning and assessment outcomes, while also developing the skills and knowledge of our students to run their own successful small businesses.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) at minimum. We are looking for individuals with:

  • Previous experience in training and assessment, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also demonstrating a collaborative approach with management and other teams.
  • Highly motivated to achieve quality learning and assessment outcomes.
