Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and administrative support to partners, helping them to effectively sell Tyro solutions.
  • Assist in delivering training sessions and providing resources to upskill partner teams.
  • Monitor and manage partner pipelines, offering support and guidance to help achieve sales targets.
  • Support in organising and participating in partner events to enhance engagement and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are onboarded smoothly and remain compliant with company policies.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in partner/channel sales or similar roles.
  • Experience in SaaS/software solution sales is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of intermediary sales models and processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
