Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Accounting Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, working directly with the CEO to ensure all client work is running smoothly, liaising with the Keeping Company Accounting and Bookkeeping team to ensure they are supported and across client needs, and serving as the second point of contact for all client relationships. You will also be responsible for project-based work, working with Founders directly, managing the accounts for major clientele, attending CFO Advisory meetings, and full end-to-end Xero file management including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, ATO lodgements, and income tax estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have an accounting background and experience (5+ years preferred), a CA or CPA qualification, experience juggling multiple clients and managing multiple projects at once, a client-centric approach, and confidence engaging with senior leadership teams. You will also need to have a desire to get into the thick of accounting responsibilities when required.
