Lead Development Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Project Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to play a critical role in the redevelopment of high-rise tower sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing authoritative project management leadership for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, overseeing consultancies and contractors, and coordinating with key stakeholders to progress design and delivery works.

  • Leading the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives
  • Preparing and presenting reports, briefs, and cabinet submissions
  • Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing efficient project administration systems
