">This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can support the delivery of the High-Rise Cooling Program for Homes Victoria's Asset Management Branch.
">As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and installing new air conditioning technology within public high-rise tower dwellings across Victoria's fourteen precincts.
">Each precinct comprises 44 high-rise towers constructed between 1960 and 1975, with 13 towers housing older persons.
">The role requires an experienced candidate with proficiency in all facets of construction project management, including coordinating procurement processes, contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
