Chief Network Services Strategist

- Network Infrastructure Management - Design, implement, and maintain high-performance wired and wireless networks, ensuring reliability and future-readiness.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance - Drive robust security measures, ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies, and proactively manage threats through continuous monitoring and response.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Projects - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated network solutions, lead large-scale projects, and align efforts with organisational strategy.
- Performance Monitoring & Vendor Management - Utilise analytics and monitoring tools to optimise network performance and manage vendor relationships to uphold service quality and contractual obligations.
- Build a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable culture aligned with organisational goals, fostering integrity, innovation, and staff engagement.
- Drive a culture of service excellence by embedding customer perspectives in decision-making, measuring satisfaction, and implementing continuous improvements.
