We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to manage the ServiceNow platform and design innovative solutions.

This is a full-time contract opportunity that requires a strong focus on code quality, reusability, and stakeholder management.

  • Understand business requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery, with a strong focus on code quality and reusability
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality in coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security
  • Manage fundamental administration and configuration tasks in the ServiceNow platform
  • Create and customize UI policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator
  • Experience in configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, API integrations with other systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
