Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume responsibility for the ongoing administration and support of APAC's ServiceNow instances.

The key objectives of this role include:

  • Providing on-going administration and support for APAC's ServiceNow instances for Development, Test and Production, ensuring platform currency and security.
  • Promoting the ongoing management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) across internal support teams and support providers, ensuring an accurate and meaningful asset management database is available.
  • Collaborating with technology subject matter experts to provide training and mentoring as required, to ensure the ongoing development and enhancement of the Technology CMDB which meet business demands.

This is a hands-on ServiceNow administrator role who can be part of implementation journey and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in IT service management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
  • ITIL v3 Certification (preferred).
