About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a Senior Servicenow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development and wants to work on a leading platform that improves business operations and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Solutioning and Development: You will be responsible for solutioning, development and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform.
  2. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to junior developers to help them grow in their careers.
  3. Development Best Practices: Promote development best practices and maintain clear, consistent documentation across the platform.
  4. Platform Enhancements: Design and implement advanced platform enhancements that improve functionality, user experience and long-term maintainability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years: Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications.
  • Implementation Specialist Certifications: ITSM / HRSD/ ITOM.
  • Employee Center Portal Development: Experience with custom widgets, theming, catalog items and user experience enhancements.
