We support a diverse range of businesses, from established successes to ambitious upstarts. Our dedicated Business Bankers work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals.
A unique opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Business Banker to join our team. This is an excellent chance to develop your relationship management skills and work in a supportive, focused environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business banking clients and working closely with our branch network to secure and service small business customers. You will also work closely with our contact centre customer connect team and establish yourself as a trusted partner for their small business referrals.

What Do I Need?
We are looking for lending experience ideally in business banking. You'll have a strong understanding of retail/commercial banking products, services, and procedures, as well as experience in credit procedures and policies. A natural people-person, you'll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and meeting/exceeding sales targets/KPIs.
