This role is designed for a strategic executioner who can manage critical initiatives and optimize operational efficiency. The position reports to the Chief of Staff, Global Regions and North America.
The Business Operations Manager will lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans. They will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans.
- Planning & Execution: Establish strong rapport with North America and our region leaders and colleagues and collaborate to develop and implement the organization's strategic priorities.
- Operational Leadership: Assist with the operational cadence of the organization, including supporting the planning and management of leadership team meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5 plus years of proven experience supporting business executive leadership.
- Solid project management experience working with varied and multiple projects at a time.
- Data analysis and reporting expertise combined with summarizing the results to tell the story.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal abilities required to uphold a polished image when interacting with senior executives.
- Organization skills with a focus on prioritization.
