Employee Experience Specialist

  • Deliver a positive employee experience across all stages of the employment lifecycle
  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding processes including contracts, compliance checks, and inductions
  • Manage and resolve requests from employees, clients, and internal teams in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular milestone care calls to identify concerns, capture feedback, and build strong relationships
  • Provide assistance with HR-related queries including policies, awards, leave entitlements, and payroll
