Job Opportunity

This is a dynamic and compliance-focused HR Specialist role that requires managing employment relationships supervised by clients while ensuring EPG retains employer responsibilities under Australian law.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients and contingent workers across APAC
  • Manage HR-related issues and act as a compliance expert, escalating matters appropriately
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day tasks, such as contract variations, grievances, conduct issues, leave, and return-to-work
  • Onboard and offboard workers through our platform, ensuring full lifecycle compliance
  • Configure assets and workflows to support business processes
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, employment advisory, or workforce compliance roles
  • Strong understanding of employment obligations under Australian law
