We are seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the collection and verification of patient information for timely referral to medical specialists and admission to our centre.

The ideal candidate will have administration or medical reception experience, with current knowledge and understanding of health insurance funds. You will provide exceptional communication and customer service skills, working in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner both over-the-phone and face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with patients and families in a compassionate and friendly manner
  • Ensure accurate collection of new patient information
  • Confirm financial responsibility for all admissions
  • Liaise with patients and their families effectively
  • Liaise with health insurance fund customer service personnel to verify health insurance status
  • Communicate clearly with patients and their families to ensure all patients are well informed of financial costs related to admissions
