Job Title: Team Leader, Hobart Clinical School

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Clinical School team as a key member of the school.

  • Oversee the delivery of critical administrative services.
  • Build strong connections within the health sector.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Services: Deliver efficient and high-quality administrative services that meet the needs of the school and its stakeholders.

  • Manage teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop effective relationships with staff, students, and clinicians.
  • Advise on University and School policies, processes, and procedures.

Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships across the school, university, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Participate in working groups, forums, and other activities that contribute to the successful deployment of programs at a statewide level.

Qualifications: Demonstrate leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organisational and prioritisation skills, and attention to detail.

  • Competent in computer software applications.
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements in work methods and the working environment.
