Clinical Support Assistant
">We are seeking an experienced front-of-house professional to join our mental health service in Hobart.
">Key Responsibilities:- Support staff and patients with administrative tasks such as maintaining confidentiality and completing required paperwork.
- Presentation and maintenance of the clinic at a high standard including ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of patient areas.
- Collaborate with administrators to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Welcome patients into the clinic and answer phones, providing excellent customer services skills and a friendly empathetic attitude.
- Assist clinicians with administration tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
- Excellent customer services skills and friendly empathetic attitude.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or alternative software.
- Knowledge of mental health services and relevant policies.
