Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering service information with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities
  • Make or process reservations for visitors to Bruny Island accurately through the company check-in systems.
  • Answer customer enquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Liaise with crew ensuring operational issues are satisfactorily communicated and resolved as required.
  • Accurately complete shift reports as per hand-over procedures.
  • Keep the ticket booth clean, tidy, organized, and well maintained.
  • Assist back office with tasks as required.
  • Ensure ticket booth is opened and locked up as per company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of personal presentation and grooming.
