Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to shape the patron experience at a major sporting event.

This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional to leverage their expertise and make a lasting impact on the customer journey.

  • Lead operational projects to streamline communication across digital and physical channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop content and manage approvals.
  • Write and optimise content across various formats, from digital maps and SMS to screens and guides.
  • Ensure consistency between customer and workforce-facing information across all channels.
  • Maintain accurate content and automate information sharing across teams and platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting or communications, preferably in events or sport.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
  • An organised mindset, with the ability to manage projects and shifting priorities.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience and preferably a degree in communications or related field.
