Job Opportunity: Process Enhancement Specialist
The Process Enhancement Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business innovation and process excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Process Improvement, this position will identify areas of enhancement, develop and implement solutions, and measure outcomes to enhance user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Focus: Identify process improvements and recommend solutions for corrective and preventive actions.
- Operational Management: Conduct assessments of current processes, collect data, and perform quantitative analysis to substantiate assumptions.
- Coordinate training and documentation required by implementing changes.
- Measure outcomes of quality enhancements using metrics and benchmarking criteria.
- Support ongoing reviews to monitor delivery of services, projects, and programs within the portfolio.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline combined with practical experience.
- Accreditation in Lean Six Sigma is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years proven process analytical experience.
- Project management and business or process analysis skills.
- Track record of interfacing with and influencing various business functions.
