With a strong focus on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), you'll work closely with customers, providing tailored education and support to help them achieve optimal results.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-level clinical education and applications support to customers, empowering them to get the most out of our MRI solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training programs, ensuring seamless product adoption and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on clinical procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Support sales efforts by conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops, highlighting key marketing messages and value propositions.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, responding promptly to queries, issues, and requests for support.

Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field, with relevant clinical experience in MRI.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • High levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results, with confidence in presenting and training.
  • Ability to travel across ANZ when required, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
