Lead E-commerce Sales Executive

Drive end-to-end business customer experiences, developing and executing innovative payment solutions that engage customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with front-line teams to develop solution-focused sales opportunities.
  • Driving day-to-day pipeline management, operational excellence, and execution.
  • Providing industry expertise in payments and e-commerce.
  • Building strong, active cross-functional relationships across Large Enterprise Sales and support teams.
  • Becoming a product evangelist, leading value-based conversations with partners.
  • Establishing credibility as a 'thought-leader' representing the company in merchant engagements.
  • Identifying and leading transformational shifts in customers.
  • Leading e-commerce solution selling, engaging at C-level to support front-line teams in opportunity discovery and acceleration.
  • Driving cross-team collaboration across internal and external customers.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of the Australian Payments landscape, both merchant acquiring and payment gateways.
  • Experience with solution-based sales, preferably in payments or SAAS.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including C-suite communication (both written and verbal).
  • A passion for technology, with a hunger to continually learn and grow.
