Business Growth and E-commerce Leadership Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Manager to join our team in driving sales growth online and in retail. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing market needs, providing e-commerce leadership, and optimising retail channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, retail operations, marketplace management, and e-commerce tactics. They will be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Needs: Develop a detailed understanding of the Australasia region's needs and coverage, through analytics and market studies. Identify expansion opportunities across all product types and sales channels.
  • E-Commerce: Provide e-commerce leadership and operational excellence for the Australasia region. Manage sales revenue targets for the online retail channel, delivering on short-term and long-term plans.
  • Retail: In partnership with the Head of Consumer Automotive, redevelop and optimise retail channels in the Australasia region. Support the launch and/or ongoing sales of new/existing products in retail and ePartner sales channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management with a track record of delivering sales growth.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer-oriented/product industries a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms – Shopify Plus highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
