Take Charge of E-Commerce Success

We're seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager to drive business growth across multiple channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing performance strategies to achieve business objectives in collaboration with our analytics team.
  • Creating and managing e-commerce promotional calendars to drive revenue, working closely with our brand marketing and performance marketing teams.
  • Building test and learn roadmaps for conversion rate optimization (CRO), working with our brand marketing team on content changes and tests, as well as technical optimizations to increase performance.
  • Working with our senior management team to set e-commerce growth goals across international markets and channels, based on both revenue and profitability.
  • Ensuring that product and promotion strategies are supported by acquisition/marketing strategies across main channels, including SEO, SEM, Meta, Google, Affiliates, and Amazon marketing.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

  • 3+ years' experience in e-commerce management in a similar role scope.
  • A proven track record of sales-enhancing strategies in an e-commerce environment.
  • Technical knowledge of Amazon is a plus but not required.
