We're seeking a visionary e-commerce professional to spearhead our online retail expansion.
Job Description:As an E-commerce Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing our e-commerce platform. This includes overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, and optimizing product listings and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing to support digital campaigns and promotions.
- Utilise analytics tools to inform strategy and track performance.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- In-depth understanding of current e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital tools.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Ads.
