Job Title: Business Analyst
About the RoleThis role is part of our ERP Replacement Program team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality business solution outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the business to align with ERP strategy, identifying and analysing areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.
- Generate clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions.
- Consult effectively with business areas, managers, departments, users, workplace bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
- Liaise with technical resources, both internal and external, to monitor technical developments and ensure that key development milestones are met.
- Manage the implementation phase of each solution or business improvement to minimize disruption and downtime.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who brings passion and a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business solution outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
