About the Role

We are seeking an experienced content designer with a passion for UX writing and problem-solving. Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive product experiences through words. You will work closely with our product designers to transform complex processes and information into simple, user-focused flows and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create clear, scannable, accessible, and engaging content that meets our high standards
  2. Structure and order information to deliver the most useful content at each point in a user's journey
  3. Collaborate with product designers through co-designing experiences as part of a project team or sharing knowledge and coaching designers in UX writing
  4. Prioritise high-value work to maximise the impact of our small Content Design team in systematic and scalable ways
  5. Lead strategically important projects, developing frameworks, patterns, and guidelines that improve content quality

Requirements

  • Experience working as a content designer, UX writer, or content strategist in a design team
  • Excellent UX writing and content design skills – you're able to structure information to create intuitive, accessible experiences and communicate complex ideas in simple language
  • A positive and proactive approach to influencing stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
  • Expertise in effectively communicating your decisions and ideas to a variety of people
