Account Manager Job Description

eFulfillment Management is a leading provider of integrated supply chain solutions. Our team of experts delivers exceptional logistics experiences through our cutting-edge services.

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Service Delivery Team in Perth. The ideal candidate will be solution-focused, curious, and analytical with excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

  • Determine customer needs to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels internally and externally.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure project goals & timelines are met, service levels are maintained, and annual NPS scores are achieved.
  • Lead solution and contract negotiations with assigned customers to facilitate portfolio goals and maintain customer retention.
  • Develop and manage key account plans and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead the development of reports and conduct on-site client visits weekly, monthly, and quarterly to focus on tactical and strategic KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager role within Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or similar service industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to supporting customers at all levels.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, including proficiency in MS Excel.
