Client Solutions Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Client Solutions Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. As part of our Perth-based agency sales team, you'll shape the future of Australia's audio landscape by developing tailored solutions and building strong relationships with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expert communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and design effective solutions.
  • Maintain and grow client portfolios within Agencies, leveraging your knowledge of SCA products to deliver value-added services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify marketing challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Establish trust and stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through clear, concise, and professional communication.
  • Client-Focused Selling: Identify client needs and design tailored solutions to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation and Business Development: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities and expand existing client portfolios.
