We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving effective change management processes to ensure seamless transitions and successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and execute change management plans to maximise the success of our key strategic projects.
  2. Identify key stakeholders affected by strategic initiatives and develop customised engagement strategies through collaboration and consultation.
  3. Perform change readiness assessments to gauge preparedness for upcoming changes.
  4. Track the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired results.
  5. Develop training methods and support delivery of training programs to build awareness, knowledge, and skills related to new systems and/or processes.

About You

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, preferably in retail projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information, assess issues, and create effective solutions.
  • Excellent partnering and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal agreement.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse change projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to influence and motivate individuals at all organisational levels.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Organisational Change, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
