About the Role
As a Project Management Coordinator in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to report to the PMO Director supporting the PMO and key workstream leads to implement, manage and ensure effective PMO controls and governance aligning to delivery objectives. Your role will focus on resource management and logistics.
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Coordinator. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO and workstream by providing core resource management activities
- End to end recruitment, onboarding, extensions and offboarding activities.
- Office logistics including accommodation requirements
- Management of distribution lists, organisation charts and other resource management requirements
- Project tooling access including teams, confluence, JIRA
- Document Management – ensure documentation is appropriately stored and up to date for program
- Organised team wide events, workshops, training material distribution and travel requirements
- Provide admin support to the team with meeting bookings, minute taking and follow up actions
- Back up support to current PMO team members when required with key activities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in project management and resource management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
