We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Investigator to join our Investigation Team at Tabcorp. As a Senior Investigator, you will play a critical role in leading our investigation efforts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of investigators in NSW, conducting investigations into potential non-compliance matters
  • Manage all legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and codes of conduct
  • Compile briefs of evidence and present them to regulators and/or police
  • Develop and implement effective investigation strategies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
Requirements
  • Strong investigative experience and case management skills
  • Experience leading a team, coaching, training, and mentoring others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Corporate business exposure and people skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex regulatory and legislative environments
  • A focus on quality, compliance, and legislative process
  • Experience with external regulators and/or law enforcement
