Transforming Iconic Vehicles

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of globally vital programs. As the Global Program Operations and Transformation Chief, you will orchestrate the evolution of iconic vehicles from our International Product Development hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Operations & Transformation: Lead the development and execution of innovative tools and processes for peak efficiency.
  • Strategic Business & Program Management: Establish, track, and report on key Program Management Metrics (PM Metrics) to monitor program performance against corporate targets.
  • Financial & Resource Stewardship: Manage lifecycle gross margin and total cost, analyzing performance by carline, region, and plant.
  • Cross-Vehicle Strategy & Innovation: Champion complexity reduction across markets and programs, leading the strategy and implementation of cross-carline technologies.

About You:

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree (e.g., MBA or relevant advanced engineering degree) is highly preferred.
  • Must be a registered professional engineer or demonstrate a clear willingness and eligibility to obtain registration within a specified timeframe.
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within global product development, program management, or business operations.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex global programs from conception through launch and lifecycle management.
