Program Transformation Leader:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the transformation of our global truck programs, driving cost and waste reduction strategies, and simplifying day-to-day processes for peak efficiency.

As a Global Program Operations & Transformation Chief, you will orchestrate the evolution of our global truck programs, inspiring and leading a dedicated Core Programs Team across the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within product development, program management, or business operations
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex global programs
  • Deep expertise in process optimization, operational efficiency, and driving significant cost reduction initiatives

Lead the Transformation: Take ownership of our global truck programs, driving innovation and growth through strategic partnerships, cost reduction, and process improvements.

Manage Complexity: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Develop Talent: Foster a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for growth and development.

Make Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resources for maximum impact.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive business growth and stay competitive.
