About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of commercially vital global programs. You will be responsible for shaping the future of Ford's iconic T6 programs (Ranger and Everest) from our Product Development hub in Australia.

You will lead the dedicated Core Programs Team across the region, forging powerful partnerships to revolutionize operations. Your mission will be to drive Cost strategies, simplify day-to-day processes for peak efficiency, and ensure the accelerated delivery of critical program milestones.
