**Program Transformation Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Transformation Specialist to lead and deliver change management activities across multiple streams/initiatives for a multi-year CRM (Salesforce) consolidation program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide regular status updates across the program, project stream, project initiative, and within the transformation team
  • Support the transformation team in designing, developing, delivering, and managing program engagement and communications
  • Lead and conduct transformation impact analysis, assessing readiness, identifying related risks and mitigations while identifying key stakeholders that require continuous engagement through a human-centered design approach
  • Provide input to and support the design and delivery of training programs, working closely with the Program Instructional Designer
  • Lead and manage end-user engagement with upcoming changes through communications, collaboration, workshops, and transformation impact assessment sessions
  • Lead and integrate all transformation activities into an overarching project plan
  • Manage and influence stakeholders, taking them on the transformation journey and providing support throughout the lifecycle

**Requirements:**

  • Experience as a Program Transformation Specialist within a large enterprise-wide transformation project
  • Experience in workshop design/co-design and facilitation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to unpick challenges and collaborate with complex stakeholders/groups
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of transformation principles, methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Salesforce implementation experience highly regarded
