Project Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Project Transformation Specialist to join our Strategy and Enterprise Projects department.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change in the lives of people who need help most. As a Project Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a range of transformation projects across the full project life-cycle.

You will work closely with the Change Management Team Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to drive transformation and set direction. Your expertise will be essential in helping build project and transformation capability within the organisation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, HR, Psychology or related field (desirable)
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification or equivalent, PMBOK/Prince 2 Project Management Certification (desirable)
  • 2 years' experience as a Change Analyst or Business Analyst (desirable)
