About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer to join our team, providing outstanding customer experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales and service transactions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Manage high-value transactions, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
  • Process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
  • Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs
  • Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
  • Support administrative duties, such as stocktaking and record maintenance

About You

You're friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a passion for working in a team environment. You're ready to put the customer at the centre of everything you do.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
  • Fitness to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
