Customer Service Role

Our organisation is seeking a customer-focused individual to fill the position of Customer Service Officer in our Wollongong branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with sales and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have experience in providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

This role involves:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Troubleshooting customer queries and responding promptly
  • Upselling and providing quotes to customers
  • Assisting with sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, and purchasing tasks
