Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with clients to source top talent for various insurance roles. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients and candidates.
  • Job Advertising: Create effective job advertisements to attract top talent and promote our clients' brands.
  • Sourcing: Search and engage with candidates to build a strong pipeline of potential hires.
  • Interviews: Conduct consultations with candidates to understand their backgrounds, motivations, and career goals.
  • Profiling: Articulate the strengths and capabilities of candidates to clients to progress them to the interview stage.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with other team members to develop strategic plans for clients and candidates.
  • Placements: Negotiate and facilitate the successful placement of candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and its trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
