About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, sourcing top talent, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering results-driven solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
- Job Advertising: Create effective job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.
- Sourcing: Search and engage with candidates, building a strong pipeline of talent.
- Interviews: Conduct consultations with candidates to understand their backgrounds, motivators, and career aspirations.
- Profiling: Articulate the strengths and capabilities of candidates to clients, progressing them to interview.
- Partnership: Collaborate with other specialist team members to develop strategic plans for clients and candidates.
- Placements: Negotiate and facilitate the successful placement of candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Insurance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Tertiary degree qualification, preferred.
- Ability to critically think, solve problems, and research effective solutions.
- Sense of urgency, with effective time management skills and prioritization.
- Team player with a strong culture built on shared success and celebrating wins.
