About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is a leading Australian recruitment company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to specialist industry partners. As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with clients and candidates across the insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality recruitment services, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the growth of our insurance finance team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and delivering successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
  • Job Advertising: Create effective job advertisements that attract top talent and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Sourcing: Search and engage with candidates to build long-term relationships and deliver quality recruitment solutions.
  • Interviews: Conduct consultations with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Profiling: Articulate the strengths and capabilities of candidates to clients, progressing them to interview and increasing the chance of successful placements.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with other team members to develop strategic plans for candidates, delivering exceptional recruitment services and driving business growth.
  • Placements: Negotiate and facilitate the successful placement of candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for our clients.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the insurance sector. The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong willingness to learn and develop additional skills
  • Ability to critically think and solve problems
  • Sense of urgency with effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
