As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and standards within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance to planning codes, legislations, and regulations
  • Provide expert advice on planning matters and technical assistance to stakeholders
  • Investigate complaints and infringements, and take necessary enforcement action
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective compliance management
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including staff and external agencies
