Maintenance Planning and Compliance Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, overseeing permits and maintaining databases.
  • Act as superuser for the Maintenance Management System (Mex).
  • Provide visibility on compliance issues to Senior Leadership Team.
  • Design and implement effective maintenance planning processes.
  • Provide maintenance planning tools and attend planning discussions with workshop and operations teams.
  • Generate maintenance reports, analyse KPIs, and report on repeat failures for improvement.
  • Lead internal auditing practices for standards and legislative compliance.
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and capital works planning.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and due diligence.
  • Advise and lead the organisation in compliance-related issues.
  • Coordinate equipment transfers/disposals and oversee CMMS/Inventory system management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team.

The role can be based primarily out of our Perth or Geraldton office.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with PBS/AMMS accreditation and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong background in compliance, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • Experience with Mex or similar CMMS.
  • Engineering or Trade qualification is an advantage.
