Human Resources Manager Opportunity
\This is a dynamic role that offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution while supporting both operational HR functions and employee relations across the organisation.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage employment contracts, variation letters, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.\
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.\
- Provide timely advice on People & Culture queries and assist with system-related activities.\
- Support workplace investigations and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace culture.\
- Assist with employee relations and industrial relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes.\
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and internal policies.\
- Contribute to engagement initiatives, internal communications, and training programs.\
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.\
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.\
- Manage administrative tasks and priorities efficiently.\\
Requirements:
\- \
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.\
- Minimum 23 years' experience in HR role.\
- Exposure to ER/IR matters and workplace investigations.\
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work Act and Aged Care Award (or willingness to develop).\
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.\
- Previous experience in aged care, health, or community services highly regarded.\\
