Human Resources Manager Opportunity

This is a dynamic role that offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution while supporting both operational HR functions and employee relations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, variation letters, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.\
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.\
  • Provide timely advice on People & Culture queries and assist with system-related activities.\
  • Support workplace investigations and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace culture.\
  • Assist with employee relations and industrial relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes.\
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and internal policies.\
  • Contribute to engagement initiatives, internal communications, and training programs.\
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.\
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.\
  • Manage administrative tasks and priorities efficiently.\\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.\
  • Minimum 23 years' experience in HR role.\
  • Exposure to ER/IR matters and workplace investigations.\
  • Sound knowledge of Fair Work Act and Aged Care Award (or willingness to develop).\
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.\
  • Previous experience in aged care, health, or community services highly regarded.\\
