Work Injury Claims Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of work injury claims. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping injured workers return to work, ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, and other stakeholders to develop effective return-to-work strategies.
  • Support workers and employers throughout the claim process, providing timely access to necessary services and resources.
  • Assess liability and entitlements, conducting regular reviews to ensure accurate payments and fair outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, addressing escalations and promoting a collaborative work environment.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing claims within a similar scheme or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
