Personal Injury Law Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Law Assistant.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain valuable experience in personal injury law, working on behalf of insurer clients on claims for personal injury compensation resulting from motor vehicle accidents.

  • The successful candidate will manage files, report progress, and gather information for court proceedings.
  • They will also assist in preparing information for advocacy in the Personal Injury Commission and courts.

This is a permanent part-time role working 4 days/30 hours per week, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
