We are seeking an exceptional Business Administration Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Home Care Group Manager, maintaining a high-functioning, responsive, and collaborative team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Manager with timely and effective internal and external communications, orientation, recruitment, dashboards, and reporting.
- Coordinate calendar and booking logistics for virtual or in-person operational, team, or client meetings, workshops, training, and events.
- Assist the Group Manager with drafting feedback responses, reports, grants, proposals, and projects.
- Implement streamlined user-friendly systems, processes, and tools used by the team.
- Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and maintain organisational records.
About You:
- Prior experience in a similar professional administrative role is preferred.
- A positive attitude, friendly interpersonal skills, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Strong reporting/recording and time management skills are required.
