People & Culture Advisor (12-month contract)

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing employee relations, P&C initiatives, and programs of work that support the company's key objectives.
About YouWe are looking for a professional with excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will have a strong understanding of workplace relations legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as experience in employee relations, HR, and talent management. Your ability to build strong relationships with operational managers and the wider P&C team will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement employee relations, P&C initiatives, and programs of work that support the company's key objectives.
- Provide informed advice on workplace relations legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Support departmental managers on investigations into employee misconduct matters.
- Provide high-level administrative support within P&C and other related areas.
