About the Role

The People and Culture Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to our leaders on employment and people-related matters. This includes employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and implementing people initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and support to leaders on employment and people-related matters
  • Develop and implement people initiatives and programs to drive business outcomes
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Support the development of leadership capability and accountability
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure operational processes are completed and up-to-date
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and advising leaders on sensitive HR matters
  • Experience providing advice and guidance based on interpretation of enterprise agreements, contracts, and policies
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated use of data to inform decision-making processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, insightful, and a creative thinker
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
